Maybe this will help someone reunite there car and engine. I'm not sure if it is a re-stamp or not but hopefully it will help someone.

Thanks ed, i wasn,t sure about. The stamp but was hoplng to help someone in case it was real.

I got in touch with Bob the seller, and although the VIN stamp is very light, he's going to see if he can make it out. I gave him a few tricks to try so stay tuned folks...

Bob was able to do a little more detective work and it appears the VIN is 1???44692, which is probably 19N544692. I've added this information to the subject of the thread for future searches.
