I don't have it handy but somewheer is a thread about the replacement thermal fan clutches being calibrated to a higher temp than stock and a simple way to adjust it so it comes on sooner. If you can't find it post and I will find it somehow. It is a no cost possible solution.

Another simple try is the aftermarket additives. After a new pump and several fans after a cam change it knocked my temp down about 10 degrees. You can also get a themal digital laser at harbor Freight for about 25 bucks to check your guage and look for hot spots. It was in one of the mags. I bought one and it is a must have thing.
