Can anyone gave me the correct color and numbers for the front and rear springs on a 1969 5th week of October  Z/28.

Not without a complete list of the options on your car.  There was something like 29 front spring and at least a dozen rear spring combinations used in Camaros in 69.  The Z28 had at least two different rear srping combinations and a bunch of front spring combinations.  Springs were selected by computer in 1969 based on the weight added, or deleted from the front and rear of the car by the options placed on the car.  Certain option combinations could actually cause a z28, which normally would get 4 leaf springs to instead receive 5 leaf springs.  It's rare but did happen.

Mark, were the front springs different rates or free heights? Do you know the stiffest rate?

what combinations would cause 5 springs instead of 4, my Z in fact does have 5 spings so i am wondering now what would cause this thanks in advance

Fold-down rear seat maybe. Is it possible that heavier front springs due to RS option, cowl hood, power steering could cause the rears to get stiffer also? If you look in the Classic Industries catalogue in the spring section they have weights for options leading to spring choices.

My Camaro is a 69 RS Z28 with folding rear seat, console, U79 AM/FM, cowl induction hood, build in Norwood the first week of May if that makes any difference.  The front coil springs had "6314"stamped into the last coil near the top of the spring.  I must assume the 6314 is the last 4 in the P/N, but did not see this part number in the list from the noted website.  The springs also appear to have a date code stamped before the part number.  It was very had to see but appeared to be "1 7 X" or maybe a "4 7 X".  Given my car is a May 69 Camaro, the 4 7 X makes more since.

Any feedback on this?

There were quite a few different spring combinations, but I'm pretty sure there are only a few to choose from in the repo market as far as buying new stickers.

6314 is a Moog spring part number for a 1644lb load spring, with a 288 lb spring rate and a free spring height of 16.446"  The normal Z28 spring was the equivalent of a moog 6308 with a 1607 lb load, 379 lb spring rate, and a free height of 14.981".  Don't think the production springs had any markings on them other than the paper tag that was wrapped around one of the coils.
