I got the replacement spirals for my 68Z.  They are alright on the back, but the front ones don't work as shocks.  The first trip I took the front end bounced 3 or 4 times on every bump, very squirrelly.  They are only for show.  I put the gas shocks that were on the front back on and painted them gray.

Mine are great up front, stiff as a brick in the back........I really hate how they feel, but............it's correct.

If I drove my car a lot, I would take them off, and go back to the monroe shocks I have in my basement.....

If you want to enjoy driving your car, you don't want the reproduction spiral shocks - most of them are pretty flabby, and don't even come close to having the correct jounce and rebound damping valving specs; they're just for looks.
