Dealer memo D80 Spoiler

Hi Fellas

I am getting ready prep my 68Z for the dealer installed D80 rear spoiler. My car came with a rear antenna that was plugged and the antenna moved to the front by the dealer. As I like the spoilers I have  decided to go with this configuration.

Does anyone have the Directive memo order, number etc, from General Motors for this? I had it at one point but lost it in a move.
