Headrest Plastic Guides

Anyone know where one can get some replacement headrest plastic guides for a 69?  These are the plastic inserts that go into the seat frame to keep the headrest stable.  Many re sellers sell kits with escutcheons and other parts.  Does anyone just sell the plastic guide?

I looked in the Classic Industries catalog online and could not fund anything. I did see the chrome escutcheons that cover the hole in the seat.
