67 simulated wire wheel covers or hub cap?

which is it? i have two of them,but all 4-14" wheels.anyone have two more or want these ? either way i don`t know which i want to use (i have set of rallys)any input?

Hubcaps, being as you asked under originality. N95 wasn't offered in 67 according to the Options list.
