Im putting frame connectors in my 67 camaro any recomendations of brand or type .   thanks

Im going to be installing those on my 68,so far the best price seems to be summit raceing I still have not desided on bolt ons or welded.You can find them in other catalogs but they are a little more money,I realy don't think theres much diffrence in who makes them.I would also like to hear some other veiws on this subject. Scott.

Ask at Team Camaro. You'll get all the info you need on the various connectors available.

IMO. Hotchkis makes one of the best. They're very tight to the floor without having to modify floorboards.

Hotchkis is the way to go, my son was going to put Competition Engineering on His 67 and he would have had to pound the heck out of the floor. Sent them back and got the Hotchkis, they fit great.

Hotchkis SFC's are weld-in at the leaf spring pocket and can either be welded-in/bolted to the front subframe.

Hotchkis has an installation video on their site. Note the butchered fuel line installation on the demo car.

Everyone says weld in connectors, but the video shows the rear of the connector was welded and the front of the connector was bolted.  So you dont have too weld front? Why?

It makes subframe removal easier if the need arose. Some tack and bolt, and can just cut the corner tacks if required.

Ive used DSE's on 2 cars now and would do it again IMO bolt an are useless and hang too low just make sue subframe is where it needs to be, run solid bushings. they drive like no other F-body I've owned
