That would be November '66. The build number 6082 was just a body sequence number and will not match the VIN.

Does 6082 or 6219 mean it was the 3082 or 3219th car built?

The 6082 after LOS means it was the 6,082nd '67 body built at Van Nuys.

Edit: Oops - forgot about the '67 LOS body numbering by style format.

Didn't the early 67 LOS cars have the four body numbers sequences running consecutively, depending on coupe or vert and then std or deluxe interior?  So it would be the 6082 of its particular group (coupe std or coupe deluxe since both verts types only got up to around 2000) thread?

Were the 69 LOS cars the only ones with the day of the week & # down the assembly line code isolated on the tag?

Yes, and since his car is a Coupe with Custom interior, it was the 6082nd car built with this combination.

LA only, yes. Norwood didn't use the scheduling code, but no for "just 69". LA used this code for all three years. Read THIS for more info.
