did any of the original GM headers for the  Z/28 come with 3 bolt flanges or did both manufactures supply 4 bolt flanges?  Thanks, Sam

Use quick reply. Type in your message. Click on "Preview" button. Near the bottom of the screen (you may need to scroll down) click on the "Browse" button. Browse your PC and select the photo you want to post. Maximum size of the image is 150 KB, and you can attach up to 4 pics to a single message. You Can also link pictures from other web sites, but if the photo comes down on the other site it will no longer show up here.
Looking forward to seeing those photos...

These are the header that are on my car. They say "GM 3" in 4 different locations per pair. They have an od shaped mounting flange & the alt bracket is welded on to support the original mounting bracket. They are 1-3/4 primaries with 3 bolt collectors...Joe

What's the thickness on that upper header flange? It seems thicker than usual for a '60s era header. The flange itself is not shaped like either the Bill Thomas '67 header or the Kustom '68 header. I've seen Kustom use two different style upper header flanges back then, one with straight-cut ends and the other with pointed ends. Both had square notched areas for the boss in the side of the head, and only one notched area per flange rather than two like these have. I don't know what these are. Maybe Jerry does.
