According to my Decoding from the Cowl Tag;  Trim 709 Z it should have Bucket Seats (easy fix)  also G-G PAINT it should not have a Vinyl Roof also a fairly easy fix.  Rest of car looks fairly solid.

Are there any differences between an early car like this and the later cars  Ive heard subframes and such were different. Must have been built first day?

My car is 11A build. All #'s I have found match, including both partial Vins., and many Body panel date codes(weeks 42 to 44).   It has the early Sub-frame with no Tie-down holes and J-clips for rear Bumper bracket bolt.  It has the metal Bucket Seat back panels.  This 8D build probably has first design Trunk Lid, mine is the Mid design.  Nice car !

Notice how the fuel gauge on this early car has a 1/2 label at 12 oclock and the word FUEL is on the circular center portion of the guage.  Later guages don't have the 1/2 label and the FUEL wording is located in its place.  Just another one of those running changes made during the year.

My 11A  LOS build has the 2 nd. style Fuel Gauge, and it was built only 9 weeks after this gold one.

"that would be a good parts car to restore the vin #001 Camaro"..........does anyone know where the #001 is presently?  This car is much too nice to part out in any normal situation, but it does have alot of 30th area week 66 [July-ish] sheetmetal and related parts
