vehicle certification label

does anyone know of a vender that reproduces the vehicle certification label that was attached to the left hand door? i did a search on this site and found no results.

The company is ELC or ECL or something like that. I have the info at home. They also do them for the Chyslers. Maybe it will jog someone's memory
