Wow, does someone on this site actually own that early build RS/Z28?? That is one beautiful car. Whats the story behind it?

Yes, it's owned by Lawrence Shaw in Charlotte NC. Very nice car, he brought it down when it still wore it's original paint and we looked at the possibility of touching it up and trying to save it, however it was too far gone. The car is a mid march car 33k mile REEDMAN Chev car.

Ron, Is that your gold Z in the pic with Jersey plates? Hi from another NJ guy.  I am painting my SS350 gold too.  Is the Z grill emblem in the right place?  looks a little too much towards the center.

Yes and yes the emblem is too far towards center,I just have not moved it LOL. Just lazy I guess,I know Jerry told me back in 2001 to move it and I just never did it My bad LOL.

Ron, despite the placement of the grill emblem (lol) it's a beautiful Z28.

Hey, check out that Volvo S40 in the background haha. I'm Lawrence's 16 year old daughter and that is my car. I am hoping to get a 2010 Camaro RS. My dad has me hooked on classics too!
