ENGINE FASTENERS FOR 67 SS 350
« on: January 18, 2010, 01:49:18 AM »
I'm in the process of trying to do a concorse retoration of my engine and engine compartment. I have a 1967 ss 350 4 speed car. I just recieved my fasteners from AMK Products. I'm a little  puzzled about a couple of items I recieved from them. One thing is that there are no washers in the intake manifold bolt kit, or water pump kit. Did the factory use washers under the bolt on such items as the intake manifold, water pump, therm. housing? Also what bolt selection is correct for the thermostat housing? Is the b"TR" bolts correct?
Thanks for any help,
Sean

No washers for the intake manifold bolts. I am not positive right off hand for the thermostadt bolts. I am not at my car otherwise I could tell you. Someone else will chime in.

Are the bolts with the "TR" markings correct for the thermostat housing for the '67 350?
Thanks,
Sean
