Steering arm bolts

Hi

Can we still buy the two steering arm bolts and nuts from GM if so does any one have the part numbers , I checked all of my books last night with no luck? For a 69

Is 3909795 or 3871512 the right numbers? If so. www.amkproducts.com have them as part numbers B-13250 and B--13251 respectively.. $8 buys 2.
The large bolt that fastens the top of the caliper bracket to the spindle is also listed as GM 1381744 / B-13683 and are $10 each.
