Wow! It was nearly 70 degrees here in southern Wisconsin this weekend. And... since I had not yet put the ol' 68 Convert to bed for the winter, the top went down & away we went for a short cruise.
In the 15 years that I've had my '68, I can't remember ever being able to do that in November. One in the record books for me.
Keeping my fingers crossed. I'd like to do it again in December!!!

70 Degrees in Maryland over  the weekend. Took both cars out for what will probably be their last drive for the winter. Nice bonus!

Well, here it is, April 1st and it's going to be close to 80 degrees in southern WI today. (an unusual spring bonus !!) So I'm sitting here in the office with my ol' 68 Convert parked in the lot out front.
My last ride was Nov. 9th, so it's been 4 1/2 long months. Looking forward to a great ride home with the top down!!!

Great to have convertible weather back and be on the road again!

A welcome bonus indeed! It's a sunny 72 degrees here in upstate NY and the snow is gone. Weather like this makes me miss my '67 vert. Sad

Even here in the sunny South it has been too wet and cold --with salt on the road-- to drive most of this winter. My 68 is not a vert, but at 82 degrees I'm turning on the AC and driving up to the Parkway for a cruise this afternoon.   Wink

And it is perfect weather for staking day for the Charlotte Autofair on Saturday! Hopefully it will hold till the meet and sale next weekend.  Hope to see plenty of Camaros and parts!  Smiley
