I purchased one after seeing this post and tested it this past weekend. I read all the reviews on the retailer's website first. I thought it worked great using the medium amber blast media the same store sells. It is much faster than my siphon air sandblaster. The water minimized the dust and flying media, but you still need eye protection. If you do not have a lot of air but already own a power washer it is an option. I dried my parts immediately with a cloth followed by compressed air. No rust and if there was a small amount metal etch/bare metal prep should take care of it. My next project is the frame for my 1967 C10. I will see if it continues to work well after longer use. So far I was impressed and if it makes it through my frame it will be well worth the $59.
For small parts a blast cabinet and air sandblaster is likely the preference to recycle the blasting media keeping the cost down.
