Brakes dont quite feel right
« on: July 05, 2009, 03:34:48 AM »
Almost there......
brakes do work but you have to push the brake pedal hard-
Do I need to bleed them several times in order to get them to feel right?

Thanks in advance

Hard pedal is not trapped air. Do you have power brakes?
Gary

Lemans Blue X33. DZ, M20, manual steering. Only BU code rear end is original.

P. booster working? I presume you now have the proper freeplay as discussed in the other post? Might be best to keep your questions running in the origional post. This provides complete info on other aspects and progression of this ongoing diagnosis and is clear for others to see. --S.

My apologies. I confused you with Reeko's dilemma. But my question is still valid.
