DZ302 Chevy,

I've been asked to ask you if you would be willing to share your chap photos so that they could be placed in the Chap archives at the Chap Gallary?

If so, please email them to kkbotkin@grandecom.net

Thanks,

Kris

cool pictures and info

Have you asked Jim about work he did for Chevy in the 60s?

I have read that they did testing on cars and power train testing for Chevy on Jim's test track where it can be kept more secret.

Have read that Jim used some of Chevy's prototype transmissions on his race cars.

I'll ask Ronnie about the transmissions.  He should know.

With regards to Jim's race track, it's still there.  It's called Rattle Snake Raceway as much for the curves as the snakes.  It was recently used for an article Road & Track did on Shelby's Terlingua Mustang a few months ago.
