Looks very original. Looks like the valve covers just got resprayed, but everything else looks untouched, other than the cap on the oil fill.

Hey Rich,
Very nice detail on the motor, looks like a nice install. One question why go through so much work getting the motor spot on, but then run Z/28 stripes on the car? I am not trying to insult you just curious since the engine compartment looks so factory correct. thanks

When I purchased the car in Nov 1991, it was painted as you see it - and still is.  Over the years, the mechanical aspects have all been dealt with and all that's left is to have the 20' paint job fixed.  Existing paint will need to be stripped - car was originally Dover White and someone painted it baby blue with the Z stripes prior to me acquiring it in '91.

Photo below is from a '68 RS 327cid/210hp with A/T...

Paul

In Paul's picture you see some of the differences between '68 327/210 and '69 327/210 (or 307/200).  In '68, air cleaner snorkel and alternator are on driver's side, in '69 on the passenger's side.

I look forward to seeing it in white, would it have had some sort of factory striping? seems like it would with the options your car has, maybe some side accent striping or something? I commend you on the job you have done thus far.

((I thought the 1967 small block low HP. Camaro's had the Chevrolet script on the valve covers.))
(( That is correct))

Seeing that most pics. are of '68 and '69's, I thought I would post a pic. of my original '67  327/210 w/Powerglide  Air Cleaner/Carb./Intake and painted Script Valve covers.
