How do I tell the model I have if the outside sticker is gone?

Only thing on outside is embossed in metal casing:

FMC62      18750

Mike

i'm far from an expert on these things, but clues could be part numbers embossed on the volume control, bezels, dial glass, and pics of tuner design. i could email you scans from my chevrolet radio parts catalog to study, 73 pages long. or pop your radio open and see what you have and i'll try to look it up.

Did 1967 Camaros ever get MOTOROLA FM radios installed by any possibility?

Not from the factory, but dealers did this a lot. It was more profitable for them to buy and install the radio on their own than to have the factory install one. Things like Radios, A/C, mud flaps, undercoating, etc... these were all high profit items for the dealer.

There are only 4 different radios available for the 67 Camaros, and one of those I don't think I've ever seen.

986823 Camaro AM pushbutton radio
986835 Camaro AM manual (no pushbuttons - haven't seen this one)
986824 Camaro AM/FM mono pushbutton radio
7301001 67/68 Camaro Tape Stereo (mounts under dash on tunnel or front of console)

Thats it for 67s.

What is the difference between the 986823 radio and a 7305572 besides application.  They seem to look identical.

Mark's post doesn't list this number.  Why?

Mark's post lists the AC DELCO 6 digit part numbers. The 7 digit part numbers are GM (Chevrolet) part numbers. Same part, different part numbers...

The second number you listed is listed in the Delco service manual as a 67/68 Camaro AM radio.  May be a late 67 early 68 radio.

I meant to say the 6 digit numbers are MODEL NUMBERS and the 7 digit numbers are PART numbers. Sorry, it was late.
