Where are all the Avatars?

Why is it like this?

"The attachments upload directory is not writable. Your attachment or avatar cannot be saved"

I have tried from multiple sources.

I fixed the directory issue so you can upload avatars.
But the forum is having problems resizing them if they are over 65x65 pixels. So if you upload them 65x65 or smaller, they will work fine. Larger ones will depend on the forum being worked on some more....
