4th generation rear disc brake conversion for 1969 Camaro.
« on: March 26, 2008, 05:33:52 PM »
I thought I read somewhere that a 4th generation rear disc brake setup can easily be made to fit a 69 rear.  Has anyone found an article on this or have actually done this?  If this is possible, where can I find info on doing this?

Thanks,

Steve

not fourth gen stuff i havent. i have the 79,80 camaro, firebird, oldmobile rear set up with the actuating caliper/parking brake. if you cant find the caliper brakets their use to be a guy on ebay selling them for about 100$.  this set up is great!! no problems at all and it stops on demand. im a brake specialist so i have tried a lot of combos. hope i helped
