Engine lifting eyes

Does anyone know where I can find a pic of where they were supposed to be mounted? I have thumbed thru the AIM and I dont see any mention of them. Were they removed before shipping?

Easy one, do you mean engine lift hooks?  Driver's side second in from front, passenger's side, last hole against firewall.
