I know if I would have wrecked one of my cars I would have prefered to to not have pictures of it all over the internet. It just one of those things . you spend all that time prepping the car , you go out there and hang it out .. lots of work and lots of passion involved. It is hard to describe .
In 2003 at the Road and Track Invitational a guy totalled his car on the start/green flag... yes the green flag, ran up on the back end of another car, locked em up and hooked the car into a wall. He left the car in the paddock uncovered. It was pathetic. Bent at all four corners with fluid leaking out of it. We went over and covered the car. It's almost like a respect thing for the car.. not to hide anything. No one asked us not to post the photos.. we all just kind of thought better of doing so.
