I can't find the thread, but I saw one where the repro's were compared with originals.  The originals had the flat base like yours and the repros had a ridge on the bottom.

Thats base is an open element, not ZL2. The flat bottom comment was regarding a ZL2 base, but again this is an open element base pictured.

 I have a repro open element cleaner that has the ridges on the bottom of it.  That's why I said that I guess the base issue would be the same, ZL2 or not.
