Just a piece of interesting information:
Over two dozen first generation Camaros won awards at nationally sanctioned AACA meets in 2007... more than any model in their respective classes.

Bill,

Way to go!  If you ever get down to the Hornets Nest Region shows and/or the Charlotte Autofair in April or September, look me up.  Just ask anyone with HNR for Phillip with the yellow Camaro...  I won't be in the show in April, which is now a National Meet and kicks off the AACA season, (won't have the car out of the shop), but I'll be there.
