protecto plates book

I look at POPs at car shows and see some that say Printed in USA and others that say Litho in USA. What is correct for the booklets?

I forgot to mention the 1969 pop said Litho and the 68 pop said Printed in USA

Ok I have a 1968 camaro POP that says second edition on the inside page as well as part@3936265.Back cover says passangerin one corner and printed in USA in other corner. Anyone have one to compare?

I have 3 68 POP's that have the same thing. The cars range in dates from October, 1967 to February, 1968.

Thanks Ed,I think maybe the litho wording was not used until 1969. If you have 3 of the same as mine I am sure it is correct.

I have my original POP (middle of June 68) and it too has the Second Edition and part # on pg 1 with passenger and printed in U.S.A. on the back.

I have an original 67 POP's that say's

3914164 PASS. --FIRST EDITION in the bottom left hand corner and in the bottom right hand corner it says PRINTED IN U.S.A. and this info is on the back of the back cover.

There is only the mark of excellence and GM logo on the back of the front cover and page 1 has a table of contents

That was done for the 1968 model year only.    ;D
