Type in the text of your message
Select additional options in the lower left.
You can browse to wherever on the computer you have your picture and select it and save it along with your message.
Pictures have to be less than 128KB in size. All photo software programs that I've used have a "resize" feature which allows you to reduce the resolution to reduce the picture file size. You can also reduce the digital image by cropping a photo.
