Looking at VIN it shows an 8 cylinder car so yes that is prob the VIN. If the tags are true Z tags it would have to be a coupe unless it was Pete Estes car

I guess the seller dropped something on the big left toe.
Depending on the state of registration, it may or may not fly. We 68 owners kida wish we had more information on that TT.
