No, I had sold it by then. It's still around, was in Mich. a few years ago. There is a Teal Z with black interior listed for Mecum in Harrisburg this month. Has black stripes which I do not like.

The Teal Blue (code L on trim tag) is interesting. I have a 68 hardtop since 2004 which was originally that color but it was gold when I got it.  I had found a small area under the cowl that still had the original paint and I really liked the color.  I did a repaint in about 2009 but since the dash, underood/etc was already gold I just had it reshot gold.  I had really considered going back original color though.  Then in Feb of this year I got a 68 convertible which is red with a black top but it is an original L4 paint code car, Teal Blue with a blue conv top.  I really think that would have been a neat combo.  Both cars have been changed alot and are little like their original build, which makes me appreciate the original stuff even more.  To finally get to both your points, it is kind of hard to find many pics of what Teal Blue looks like...thanks

Jerry,
I’ve never seen another L4. I’ll post some pictures of mine with the top up when I get home.

Yeah car looks nice, would like to see it top up too.  Mine was also 717 Blue Std Interior but has been changed to black/white houndstooth deluxe.  RS/SS clone, probably a 327 210hp 3 speed originally.  Power top seems to be original.

I forgot that picture was before the fiber optics. That’s my brother’s 67.

Loved all the painted steelies and dog dish cover cars. Hope to make 1 of these before I get much older! Great pics of all of the cars there. God Bless.

The "68 Grumpy's Toy IV" that was there............does anyone doubt its the real deal?  I'm not convinced.  If Jerry certified it, I wouldn't question it at all.  Just wondering why it's never been certified by Jerry.  He built the Old Reliable, and would have the insights.

Cook,
Yes, the red 68 is the one you are arrowing. The only other picture of the black 68. Look at that reflection!!!

David, great photos. I missed some of these. Wish I knew you were there, would have tried to meet up. Were you showing a car, or taking in the sights? From context I presume the teal '68 conv. in #20 is yours? Very cool...

In a separate discussion; David asked me to add some photos....

My 'Time Machine' (it takes me back to 1976). Who needs a stinkin' delorean??

I was right in front of the doorway to Building A (center row end cap). I missed a lot of the outside action (only got out enough to get T-shirts)(LOL). Spent most of the 3 days kickin' with the IPC guys in Building A; on standby for random interrogation by the judges.

I'm on the end with the AZ plates.  Only VERY VERY RARELY might one ever see 3 '67's in the same place!!

The one in the middle is a Norwood L-78 car. Maybe only a handful built (most were 350's).
