Hello, was the trunk mat cut around everything or just laid on top nicely. also from the factory was the trunk mat sliced a few inches for the spare tire hook or cut out in a circle? thanks

From my experience when I threw away my nasty, brittle,  torn, crusty factory trunk mat in my Pace Car 1969 (LOS) Z11 it was die cut around the corner dampeners footings.  I bought a molded replacement in the early eighties and traced and trimmed just like the Original that I threw in the trash Urg! I do not remember the cut out for the Spare sheet metal anchor (Hook), I want to say it was a nice neat rectangle, others here have untouched originals they will get more feedback
