The car's not in the database so there's no prior history so I'll tell you what I tell EVERYONE that comes on the site asking if a car is real or not. Get high resolution pictures of the engine pad stamp (with the paint cleaned off), the trim tag, the rear axle stamp, the transmission stamp and any and all documentation the owner may have. Then, and ONLY then can we evaluate the car.

Says they have the original numbers matching 350 for the car. The M22 was only available with the L78 or Z28, it was not available with the L48 motor

It could be an M20 or M21 - how many Munice 4 speeds have you seen over the years advertised as an M22, when they are everything from early 7/8's shafted 325 case Muncies to '70's model fine splined input 400 outputs ? A bunch -

Car looks decent, LA/VN Pacers are tougher to identify per se. All numbers and engine documentation are needed as Ed says -

Steve

For converts, only the M20 was available with the L48 350 and L35 396; M20 or M21 with L34 396. M22 only with L78 396.

Why is this a 'find'? About 1/2 dozen Z11s currently on ebay, same price range.

They (LOS) are EASY "if" the Tank sheet is available,,,,In my opinion a missing drive train items from a Z11 has a lesser impact to value. (except say a legit L78 car missing its factory motor) they make Great Parade cars obviously.
The claimed Mileage would be a question to dig into
