67 forearm has a hole for a cotter pin VS the E clip on the 68-69 is the shape of the arm different?

1969 Yes Same;
One can see it clearly on the following vintage 1969 Z28 photos: & Silver plated squirter's.
Large black and white shots of the Hot Rod Test car & the color photo of the engine shot of a rally green car.
