Amazing, found the original engine.

Has a 'regenerated' window sticker aka 'fake'.
Learning more and more about less and less...

The engine is BY GREGG LONG OF THE GM PARTS IN ANGOLA, INDIANA (of restamp fame)

>REGENERATED MONRONEY LABEL AND OPTION CODES FROM NATIONAL CAMARO HISTORIC ARCHIVES
Hmm, what archives are those??

And it has another worthless certificate. I wish the inspectors in the hobby would stop printing those. What matters is the inspection report.

Small thing but that California black plate lettering would date the plates to the mid-1960s. ‘69 plates were reaching the end of the alphabet (something like U-Z). Pretty car.

I checked the CA DMV website and the license hasn't paid any registration fees for 2019, 2020, and 2021.

Nice $75,000 car......the extra $100,000 is for Gregg Long  (just think of all the time he spent “tracking down” the original engine)?

I guess they stamp more than just license plates in prison these days!

With the questionable stamps, history, and more, why would Larry Christensen certify this car?   With that, I'm not sure what he actually certifies when he issues the certification document.

I personally love the aluminum paint all over the transmission... that's exactly how they were done... everyone /sarc  ::)

I believe the actual certification sheet should refer to additional pages with any discrepancies with the car.
perhaps a note that there are a few or numerous or a plethora of issues - maybe the certification should state "this certification relates to the Trim TAG and the vehicle to which it is attached."

The TT has not been off the car --- is about the best thing I can say about it.

Perhaps he's certifying that the owner had a camaro, and that he had their payment for his letter?

WOW!

Given the details of this man's trial I fail to see why anyone would list him in any add dealing with the sail of a car. He's 100% a fraud and anything he touches is subject to scrutiny. With some other sort of evidence stating otherwise his work is all lies.

The stamp looks close to being to high for the gang holder to fit with the head on ?  I just got one of my cars inspected by JM a few weeks ago. There was some cars there with issues that the owners had no idea they even existed. I have seen more than one '69 Z/28 with the wrong engine/trans/rear. But like I have heard Jerry say, at least it's still a real Z/28. Maybe Larry was just confirming THAT?.. Danny

Scary. More 69 Z/28 cars being made everyday. Some made to be numbers matching.
