Does the NCRS not care if a car is real as represented? Or is this a bs line also?

Must have been someones first day upholstering seat covers. Hog rings have to much pull on them. But "no expense spared".

NCRS only supplies the shipping report. The document below it is not part of the the NCRS report. It's just an owner typed up document. Means nothing.

Why waste your time? The car's not real. Restamped block, reproduction trim tag and who knows what else!

I tried magnifying them, but hard to see much. They don't look real. I wonder if the seller would post better copies or send some to you if you asked.

"INCREDIBLE DOCUMENTATION INCLUDING NCRS CERTIFICATION"

NCRS shipping report and NCRS Certification are two completely different meanings. I interpret that statement to be certified by NCRS by judging.

My only comment is that Harbor Chevrolet is still open in Long Beach, CA and over the years, the individuals at the parts department have been great to deal with:

For what it's worth, that Trim tag data was on the car in March of 2003...  that's when I first saw the car and those are the numbers I recorded.
