I'm confident this car was road raced in Europe in the late '60s and is the car in the attached photo.  This was based on the front brakes and other modifications found on the car prior to restoration.

The '67 Penske Camaro that went to Europe after the '67 season had a full roll cage in it and was painted blue.  The car above has no roll cage, not even a roll bar.  I think it still has the rear seat in it which some racing in Europe had as a requirement.
