RS hideaway headlights with flat hoods?
« on: April 30, 2020, 06:46:55 PM »
Boys,
As a new guy on here I do have a question (hope its not a dumb one!) concerning the 1969s with the RS options, especially with the hideaway headlights: Did this option require the Cowl Induction hood, OR was it available with the flat hood? Reason I ask, I have not seen one with a flat hood.
Thanks in advance.

The options were unrelated. Chevy built 37,773 RS and 11,092 ducted hood cars.
Learning more and more about less and less...

Thanks boys. I just learned something new. I did some internet searches and found what I was referring to. And yes, I agree, way too many Cowl Hooded cars.
