Was there available a
1968 RS/SS convertible lemans blue
 with a white convertible top?
If so did it have blacked out tail pan/ rockers?

Lemans blue with white, yes. Black rockers on SS or SS/RS, yes. Black rear panel, only if it's a 396.
There was a car exactly like this in Tucson in the late 70s..Joe
