Old ad for 69 Z/28 that met ...a bulldozer.
« on: January 06, 2018, 02:09:01 AM »
Not sure of this car was ever discussed here. I just ran across the web page from 2014:

https://barnfinds.com/1969-camaro-z28-vs-bulldozer/

There is a good picture of the firewall tag, but I couldn't find a good link to post the VIN. Hopefully Kurt has the VIN number and pics on file, for when it turns up restored at auction.

For future searches (because the VIN and Trim Tag are probably now on a different car):

NOR260813
ST 723 57 E PNT
02D X33

I would think that color and vinyl top would stand out, if it pops up for sale.

Yes there would be some “back pocket” money involved. My grandfather always called anything smaller than hundred dollar bills “front pocket” money.

Some guy that is retired could tackle the project. Definitely would not be one of those “drop it off at a shop and have them call you when it’s done” type cars.

If I was the new owner I would never want to see the before restoration pictures!!
And now with the Internet you can look up the vin and see that.......got to hurt the resale value.
