« on: December 01, 2017, 04:48:29 PM »
My 69 Camaro brake lights quit working. I checked the switch and it is ok. Turn signals are working. .

Brake light bulbs ok
Running lights are working

Brake lights not working
4 way flashers not working

What does the silver tridon dot 552 do in the fuse block?

Help

The fuse block flasher unit is for the 4-way flashers, there's another unit up under the dash clipped to the support rib that does the turn signals.

Each circuit has its own power from fuse panel.
Brake lights goes through turn signal switch, so you might pull back on t/s handle as this action may make contact in T/S switch as bushing may be worn out due to weight of steel handle.
But, I would wager if you get emergency lights working first, brake lights will work.
