Thanks for the hard work to get us back up. My fingers would automatically start trying to check in every day. I had to slap my hand a few times and so no.  :o

Ok so Gary has been busy!

I sold 3 project cars and some parts (but bought a few more parts because of great prices). Overall, downsizing.  Kinda looking for a big block or Z project car, but thats off the record! It’s not a want ad!

How about the rest of you?

I bought a Mopar because this site was down!!! My first non GM car 😁. AAR Cuda...

Nice Steve, nice.  :)

The only car that ever beat my dad’s old 68 Z28, was an AAR Cuda. Plum crazy purple, slicks. He lost by half a fender.  :(

Thanks Kurt and Doug!
I keep waiting to hear that the forum is kept running by a 20 year timer that ran out at the end of September and it took Kurt and Doug a week and a half to rewind it.  :)

Yes, MANY Thanks to Kurt, Doug, and everyone else who 'began' this forum, helps to keep it going, and of course worked to get it 'back up'...  We ALL appreciate your efforts a thousand fold!

Steve, being in CRG withdrawal is a bad thing, but at least you bought a nice alternative.. :)    I really like the AARs and TA cars...  in fact, I almost bought a new one in 1970, and helped a friend of mine find and restore one of each... Orange/black TA and an orange AAR (with auto and bench seat).. :)

Here are photos ... coming out of my homemade paintbooth, and finished in the 2nd photo...

Steve:  What color/options for the AAR you purchased?  :)

Gary that Cuda might have turned out really nice,
If it wasn't orange... :P

Is that the only color you spray out there? ;D

Nope, and that was the only Orange ever sprayed in that booth... and it was HEMI Orange (not nearly as pretty or fast as 'Hugger Orange'.. you know HO... :)

But I do need to repaint my hugger orange hood some day soon...

Gary the car is red-red 4spd. Being  Trans Am  cousin to the Z i've always liked them. They are very unique car with a lot of cool features.

A 70 Cuda is on my list. Nice purchase Steve. Like to see some pics in the garage thread about it.
