69 rear drum parking Brake levers
« on: January 19, 2017, 10:47:18 PM »
Anyone have a pic or diagram of the parking brake levers installed on a 69 rear drum car ?  Mine are missing and I have nothing to go by. Thanks!

Does this help? I might have a close up.
I am not sure when this was taken, but had a buddy help install the pads. He said it was easy. He had the front and back switched.

I thought the larger shoe went in the back. It's been a while since I have looked at mine.

That should be the pass side. And yes, shoes are incorrectly installed.  I was looking for the Parking brake levers which I believe are behind the adjusters.

My buddy said oh I have done a lot of them so while I was doing something else he did them. Later I caught it and he said something like oldsmobiles were different.  Sounded like excuse. He was banished from the camaro!
