You can see the basic schematic in the '69 assembly manual, CE1.
I'd suggest buying the hose kit and valves from suppliers like Camaro Central, get the solenoid/valve from Bel Air Bob's (they are dead nuts and correct) or Heartbeat if you want a dated coil frame with the correct plating (stamps are close, but technically a little off). The valve can be mounted to any '69 OEM wiper unit, numbers correct would entail finding a 5045605 motor, but the only difference between the RS and non-RS motors is the presence or absence of the valve unit, correct holes for the valve mount, and the stamped part number. Wiper switch applies to all models as far as I am aware, open headlight or RS, CE1 or not.
Original assemblies are available as you have probably seen, but are pretty pricey. Generally, you're going to have to replace the valve and/or coil on a used unit - NOS pieces are rarer than hen's teeth. Years ago, I went so far as to get a couple of GM engineers to source the drawings for the valve (i was trying to reproduce the valve itself), but lack of funds delayed me long enough for others to get it to market. I managed to pick up a couple of NOS pieces before they winked out, but the repos available are good enough to show, and relatively inexpensive.
I'll post a photo of my restored original 5045605 unit with original coil and repo valve here in a bit.
