LOS 04A of 1969, IH and CB tanks, UH tag, CB tank dated 'L'.
It was inside the car when I bought it, just assumed it was not the original because of the large gap to build week. Any other data showing similar rad dates for LOS cars of that period?

Boy Tim that seems like a big gap. Nov. radiator in a April built car. Hey but who knows, we’ve seen other anomalies.

Yep as I said, figured it wasn't original to car once I found the date code, but maybe? Not concerned either way, it's the correct part so I know it'll do the job.

Cook and I tried to learn something about dating of 1969 radiators over on another site, but all we got was insulted by an arrogant member.
What started the debate was a 69 Z radiator with a 'K' date. A radiator dated 'K'  was said to be an October radiator by one and November by another. When a 'M' dated radiator picture was produced, the November guy insisted he was still right and insisted that 'I" was used for September and he had 2 70 radiators as proof that 'I' was used.
Are there any 'I' dated radiators out there to prove that letter was used on 69 radiators?
Anyone here have a 70 radiator with an 'I' date?
Can it be said that the 'M' dated example is proof that an 'I ' was not used in at least 69?
I Don't have a radiator with a K or M but also never saw anyone with a "L". here is my brother's 1973 Camaro Z28 radiator DATED L 2 - (Nov 1972) Car is a 01A build I thought L was dec but if M is dec.
Not sure when the last digit of the year was introduced, however my survivor 71 vette has F1 on it. Jun 1971.
