Newbie with a camaro
« on: July 05, 2016, 03:48:19 PM »
This is a very informative site. But what info is available from the just the  vin.? Mine does not have the x-@@ code on the trim tag. We rebuilt this 69 back in 1978.  Thanks

Must be something about Ohio guys having Orange SS cars....

Must be an Early car not to have an X code.

Was it an original SS or did you make it into one?

Is Orange the original color?

Looks good in the pic   :)

Dont take this the wrong way but how do you know for sure its an SS/RS?  Do you have the original block or pop or?  Nice looking car regardless.  Would like to see more pics.  Oh and welcome

Probably has a X code behind the rear seat on the bulkhead. Like this...

The parking lights probably have the stainless trim around them as well.
