The actual original POP plate that came with this particular booklet is for a 1968 Camaro along with Camaro original owners manual. The POP plate was carefully removed so that the booklet can be purchased and applied for any Chevy model. POP booklet is complete and in nice original condition with a written issue date of March 15, 1968 as shown. The POP plate has VIN # 123378N391916 for a 1968 Camaro. I cannot read the name or address on the POP plate as it is worn flat. The glue on the booklet is amazingly still very sticky and the POP plate can be simply placed back on. Rare item. "
