'LASING' off rust and paint?

Has anyone used, or heard of, this sort of device for derusting and stripping paint off their car parts??  :)

I saw a video on Facebook about these. It looks like magic, and no smoke appeared to come off the surface, even though they were "derusting" an old cast iron piece that appeared to be a grate / grille from an old stove or something that had major rust.
