I stuck one on eBay myself just to see if it would fly - I had been working on this one for a good while when this thread popped up. It'll be interesting to see if gets a nibble compared to the one in Canada, or even NOS motors from HBC. If it doesn't sell, it will get used, for sure.

I'm not trying to retire on it, but an NOS motor fitted with an original end frame, an NOS washer pump and repro headlight washer assm. (used original coil), might be pretty hard to produce at my price. Agree or disagree, comments are always encouraged -

I used to work with a guy that had a GTO. He had an alarm system on it. And a coil. He had a rod he pushed into the ground (from inside the car!).
When the alarm went off, the coil charged the whole surface of the car.
He said when it went off once, a guy was trying to help - Hey, I keep getting shocked!!

Looks great, z28z11! When I get time, I'm going to tear mine down and repaint or powdercoat. I haven't been inside the gearbox, but since it runs a bit sluggish it probably needs some lube. Good luck on ebay, someone will probably pick it up.
