cowl panel paint

On a 69 Z28 the white paint under the cowl panel (white stripe car) would be flat, semi-gloss or gloss? Thinking the lacquer must have flattened out some. Thanks.

It is the exact same paint used to paint the stripes.   White lacquer, just not polished.
